Our Second Trip in 2025: A Mission of Completion and Care!!
On September 3, 2025, our President and Construction Project Manager departed for the second trip of the year with the 7 Blessings Project Foundation. This trip carries a historic milestone: during this visit, the medical clinic in Bagungi will be completed—transforming years of effort, prayers, and hard work into a place of healing and hope.
The team boarded their flight with 13 bags packed full of essential supplies, each bag representing love, generosity, and sacrifice from our supporters in Canada. Inside were:
Medical supplies and medications to stock the clinic from the very first day
Clothing and shoes for children, widows, and families
Baby items such as blankets, diapers, clothing, baby food, and baby vitamins
School supplies including backpacks, notebooks, and uniforms
Hygiene products like soap, toothbrushes, and sanitary pads
Food items and vitamins to strengthen health and fight malnutrition
This mission was only made possible by the incredible dedication of our community. From hours of Nathalie’s hair-braiding, to garage sales, bottle drives, candy sales, and other fundraisers, every effort fueled this moment. Every act of giving helped carry us closer to the day when the clinic doors will finally open.
The preparation for departure was intense—packing, unpacking, and packing again—to make sure the most critical items made the cut. Every single bag was weighed with care because we knew that each item could be life-saving once it reached Bagungi.
This second 2025 trip is not just about carrying supplies—it is about bringing a vision to life. The completion of the medical clinic will mean that malaria treatments, wound care, pregnancy support, and urgent medical needs will no longer have to wait. Lives will be saved, and families will know that help is close by.
And there is something extra special—a surprise visitor will also be joining this trip, bringing encouragement and joy to the community in a way words can hardly capture. Stay tuned for updates as this visit unfolds!
