A Family in Need: How 7 Blessings Stepped In

Last Thursday, February 13, Mama Nathalie and Papa Jordan received an urgent call about a family in desperate need soon to be a family of six. Mama Ortance was severely ill and weak, and her condition was worsening. Without hesitation, they jumped into the truck and traveled to a nearby village, guided to where the family was staying.

When they arrived, they found living conditions that were heartbreaking. The family had no food, and there was no clean water to drink. Their metal house was poorly built, offering little protection from the elements. When it rained, water leaked through, leaving the family cold at night. The children had no proper clothing just torn outfits and flip-flops that did not fit. Without a stable income, the father had been searching for work, but even when he found jobs, employers often refused to pay him. With no money, the children couldn’t attend school and could only eat when there was a little food to share.

Seeing Mama Ortance condition, it was clear she needed immediate medical attention. 7 Blessings quickly transported her to a hospital in the city, covering the cost of her treatment. Doctors determined that her weakness was due to severe malnutrition, and she was given IV fluids to regain strength. She will also need an ultrasound next week to check on the baby health.

Despite the struggles they face, this family remains strong. 7 Blessings has stepped in to provide support, ensuring Mama Ortance gets the care she needs while working toward helping the family get food, clothing, and a stable home. This is why the work we do is so important bring hope where it’s s needed most.

If you d like to help families like Mama Ortance, consider donating to the 7 Blessings Project Foundation. Every contribution makes a difference in providing food, medical care, and shelter to those in need.

The Mama Kona Story

Rescuing Mama Kona: A Story of Hope and Compassion

On February 10, our team at the 7 Blessings Project Foundation received a heartbreaking alert

about Mama Kona,

a vulnerable widow who had been cast out by her family. She was found in dire conditions-soaked

from the rain, weak from

hunger and thirst, and sleeping on the cold ground with no shelter.

Upon arriving at the scene, our team was met with a sight that was difficult to bear. Mama Kona was

frail, dirty, and

barely able to move. Without hesitation, we transported her back to the village, where she was

immediately given warm

clothes, nourishing food, and a safe place to sleep. As she was cleaned and cared for, we could see

the relief and

gratitude in her eyes-simple acts of kindness were already making a profound difference.

In the days since her rescue, Mama Kona has regained her strength and spirit. She is deeply

thankful for the intervention

that saved her from hunger and the harsh weather. Her story is a reminder of the many vulnerable

individuals in need of

support and the power of community-driven action to bring hope where it is needed most.

At 7 Blessings Project Foundation, we remain committed to helping those who have been

abandoned, forgotten, or left

without resources. Mama Kona's journey is not over, and we are working to find a long-term solution

for her well-being.

Her story is one of resilience, but also one that highlights the urgent need for continued support. If

you would like to

be part of this mission, consider contributing to our efforts-whether through donations, volunteering,

or simply spreading

the word. Together, we can bring hope and healing to many more lives.

Stay connected with us for updates on Mama Kona's journey and the many others we strive to help

every day.
