A New Chapter In Care: One Step Closer To Completion!
We’re thrilled to share that the medical clinic in Bagungi, Congo, Kinshasa, DRC is well on its way to completion! The structure is fully up, and we are now pouring the concrete floor—an exciting milestone that brings us closer to opening a clean, safe, and permanent space for medical care in the village.
Until now, our incredible volunteer doctors and nurses have been seeing patients in a small corner of our village shop—cramped, crowded, and far from ideal. But soon, those visits will move into a proper medical clinic designed to serve children, widows, families, and pregnant women with dignity and safety.
Why this clinic matters:
Every day, people arrive not just from Bagungi, but from surrounding villages, seeking help for fevers from malaria, infected foot wounds, skin rashes, eczema, high blood pressure, diabetes symptoms, malnutrition—and many other health issues. Our pregnant women, in particular, need a clean and secure place to receive prenatal care and safely deliver their babies. This clinic is a game-changer for them—and for all of us.
But we’re not done yet.
There is currently no electricity in the area, which means we are relying entirely on solar power to bring this clinic to life. To fully run the clinic—including fans, medical equipment, lighting, and refrigeration—we are still working hard to raise funds for additional solar power.

This clinic is more than just a building—it’s hope. It’s healing. It’s a future where people no longer suffer in silence or in the dark.
We can’t wait to show you the finished space. Until then, thank you for standing with us, and please continue to share, give, and support as we finish this vital project.
Together, we’re bringing light, care, and compassion to Bagungi and beyond.
